The NEOS Foundation is a civil society movement that seeks to decisively influence the social, cultural, and political debate by advocating Christian foundations. The foundation argues that an effective political alternative first requires the creation of a strong cultural alternative. NEOS' activity is structured through working groups focused on different thematic areas, such as Life, Truth, Dignity of the Person and the Family, Freedom, Spain, Nation, and Global Threats, among others.

NEOS presents itself as an entity committed to the promotion of values and principles that it considers essential for society, and its work involves conducting studies, organizing events, and publishing documents that seek to contribute to public discussion from its particular perspective. The foundation emphasizes the importance of Christian foundations in the construction of a society and seeks to be a counterweight to what it perceives as ideological tendencies contrary to these values at the global level.
