A European professional training program
for professionals of Latin American origin
Eurolabora is a platform for talent and student mobility to Spain with the aim of obtaining an official professional degree valid throughout Europe by providing professional certificates related to different sectors, but mainly the tourism sector.
To this end, there are several annual calls for applications where candidates are grouped together to take different official training courses in Spain.
The calls qualify the Grade C levels 1, 2 and 3 of the Spanish National Vocational Training System, which are part of the common framework of professional qualifications in Europe.
Through the official Eurolabora program, all the legal processes and barriers are unified and facilitated to make an official training and certification of participants a reality, allowing them to perform with excellence in the tourism industry and thus meet the current needs of the sector.
This reality offers tourism companies and institutions, qualified professionals and promotes a legal labor migration, identified with the international standards of the sector.
How does it work?
Basically, there are two calls per year and in each of them there are three phases.
Pre-registration: In this first phase, the student must send the application by completing the official questionnaire, without incurring any cost. This stage remains open until 8 weeks before the start of the training in Spain.
Admission and processing of the student visa: During the 8 weeks prior to the start of the training, the admission process and visa processing is carried out.
A team of legal experts will provide advice and assistance with all the necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements at this stage.
Training in the certificate of professionalism: In this phase, the student must reside in the city where the program is taught for at least 4 months to attend classes. Depending on the type of visa, he/she may work up to 30 hours per week, as long as the work schedule does not interfere with the class schedule.

How much does it cost?
The cost of the program varies depending on the specialty and the services you choose.
For example, a package that includes legal advice, health insurance and a basic professional accreditation course may cost around US$3,850.
Please note that this amount does not cover travel or lodging expenses.
Approximate cost breakdown:
Legal advice: assistance with visa and other legal formalities.
Medical insurance: health coverage during your stay in Spain. Advice on contracting medical services.
Basic professional accreditation course: training necessary to obtain the certificate of professionalism.
It is advisable to review in detail what each package includes and consider additional expenses such as transportation and accommodation.
Other services offered by Eurolabora
Eurolabora can help you with the search for affordable accommodation and flights, provided you decide to request these additional services.
The reference prices for shared accommodation in Spain range between $250 and $400 per month, depending on the city, while flights from America to Spain vary between $600 and $1,400, depending on the season and place of departure.
Requirements
Vocation and motivation: the basis of the program is genuine interest and motivation in the chosen specialty. Europe requires trained professionals with official accreditation, and Eurolabora is committed to supporting you on that path.
Age and diversity: the profile sought by employers in Europe includes people under 30 years of age and there is currently a trend of preference for female candidates to promote equity in the labor market.
Other legal requirements: economic solvency is required to support the costs of residence in Spain for at least four months and not to have a criminal record.
If you do not exactly meet these parameters, you can still send your pre-registration application to be evaluated individually.
How to register?
To register, you must complete the pre-registration form ( click here). Once received, your application will be evaluated, and we will give you an answer within 15 days, informing you if you have been admitted for the next phase.
If you are interested, but have not yet made a decision, you can choose to submit the interest questionnaire. This will allow you to receive updates on available calls and specialties at any time of the year.
What happens if you don't get a place in the call?
Since these official courses are taught by private companies, their availability depends on the approval of the Spanish Government. If your pre-registration is accepted but you do not obtain a place in the current call, you will be given priority for the next call.
No payment is required until your place is confirmed.
Does Eurolabora help to find a job during and after training?
Yes, at Eurolabora we work in sectors where the demand for qualified professionals is high. From the middle of the course, you will be able to access exclusive job offers for students and alumni of the program.
Although it is not a formal commitment, it represents a great opportunity for students to find employment. In addition, all certification courses include internships, allowing you to showcase your skills and professionalism in a real-world environment.
How valid is the professional certificate obtained in Spain?
The certificate is valid throughout the European Union, which means that it can be accredited in any EU country. In addition, European companies, especially in the hotel sector (such as Riu, Meliá, Barceló, Iberostar, and Bahía Príncipe), have a large presence in the Americas, offering better salaries to professionals hired in Europe to work in their American headquarters, compared to those hired locally.
Why are these courses more expensive than other similar courses?
Unlike other training programs in Europe that are delivered largely or entirely online, Eurolabora offers mostly face-to-face training, which is necessary both for the study visa and for practical learning in the professional environment. This face-to-face modality brings added value in terms of experience and practical preparation.
What happens if I have to leave the training in the middle of the course due to force majeure?
The training is organized in modules, so the modules you have already completed will be officially registered. Although you will lose the investment of the modules not completed, the approved modules will be registered and you can retake them in future sessions to complete your certification.
Is it mandatory to attend class every day?
Yes, attendance is mandatory. As these are official courses, they are subject to inspection, so you must attend at least 80% of the classes, even in cases of serious illness. In addition, the official exams of each module cannot be postponed under any circumstances, so it is essential to comply with the calendar and timetable communicated when approving your place.
