Expert in Communications Management for Heritage has a PhD in Public Relations from the Universidad San Martin de Porres, a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences from the Universidad de Lima with specialization in Organizational Communication and Marketing; Political Communication at the George Washington University in the United States and at the Universidad ESAN in Lima; as well as in Tourism and Heritage Communication at the Instituto de Periodismo José Martí and the Office of the Historian in Havana - Cuba.
He currently holds the position of General Manager of the National Chamber of Tourism of Peru, CANATUR, is a teacher of higher education and has more than 30 years of professional experience.
