Within the framework of the agreement, the two institutions will develop reciprocal institutional promotion actions aimed at reinforcing their presence and recognition in national and international arenas. These actions will include the coordinated dissemination of content, projects and activities through digital platforms, specialised publications, newsletters, social media, professional events and other communication channels, enabling broader reach, stronger sector visibility and a more consolidated position among strategic audiences in global tourism.
The agreement also provides for the implementation of a structured editorial cooperation system to facilitate cross-publication of articles, analyses, features and thematic content across the different information spaces of both organisations. This collaboration will cover shared areas of interest such as sustainability, innovation, trends, tourism intelligence, territorial development and destination promotion, while ensuring at all times proper attribution, respect for intellectual property rights and prior validation of materials. It also foresees the joint definition of editorial calendars, priority thematic lines and quality criteria designed to ensure institutional coherence and high informational value for professional, academic and business audiences.
Another strategic pillar of the agreement is the responsible use of digital communication tools and dissemination systems, which will be employed exclusively for jointly agreed actions and always under strict compliance with applicable regulations on data protection, confidentiality and information security—thereby guaranteeing a transparent operating framework aligned with relevant regulatory standards.
The alliance also opens the door to developing joint commercial and strategic initiatives linked to services, training programmes, institutional campaigns, promotional projects and other actions aimed at generating economic value within the tourism sector. These initiatives will be formalised through specific agreements in which operational conditions, responsibilities, resources and monitoring mechanisms will be precisely defined, ensuring a clear balance between the parties and maximum transparency in execution.
Likewise, both entities will collaborate in the planning and delivery of promotional actions and professional missions such as familiarisation trips, press trips, media coverage, seminars, webinars, sector meetings and specialised events, both nationally and internationally. These initiatives will seek to strengthen destination promotion, disseminate best practices and generate specialised knowledge that contributes to the qualitative evolution of tourism and to its positioning as a driver of territorial and social development.
TSTT emphasises that this alliance symbolises the convergence of strategic thinking and specialised communication, shaping a cooperation model that advances narrative innovation, sector intelligence and the global projection of tourism knowledge. With the presentation of this agreement, the Tourism and Society Think Tank reaffirms its commitment to building international networks for institutional collaboration and knowledge transfer, contributing to a stronger, more interconnected informational ecosystem focused on generating strategic value for destinations, companies and professionals in an increasingly competitive, digitalised and demanding global tourism context.
