Saudi Arabia has taken a decisive step in its economic diversification strategy and expansion of the entertainment sector with the inauguration of Six Flags Qiddiya City, which officially opened its gates to the public on December 31, 2025, after years of planning and construction. This theme park represents not only the first Six Flags destination outside North America, but also the first operational asset of the Qiddiya City megaproject, designed to turn the country into a global benchmark for leisure, tourism, and cultural and sporting experiences.

Located on the foothills of the Tuwaiq Mountains, in the Riyadh Province and approximately 40–50 minutes by car from the capital, Six Flags Qiddiya City covers an area of around 320,000 m² and features 28 rides distributed across six themed zones that combine immersive experiences for families with extreme-adrenaline attractions. The offering is broad and varied, with areas designed for all types of visitors, from those seeking family entertainment to thrill-seekers.
