MSC reorganizes cruises for the 2027/2028 winter season

MSC Cruises has announced a major reorganization of its deployment plans for the 2027/2028 winter season, a decision that will alter the deployment of some of its key ships while strengthening the company's presence in two strategic markets: the Western Mediterranean and the Southern Caribbean. As a result of these changes, the cruise line will put its plans to operate in the Middle East during this period on hold and concentrate part of its capacity in regions with a long-established presence in the international cruise market.

One of the most significant changes involves MSC World Europa. Although the ship had initially been scheduled to spend the winter season in the Middle East, it will now remain in the Western Mediterranean, where it will continue to offer seven-night cruises. The decision will keep one of the company's flagship vessels in a region that is home to some of Europe's leading ports and tourism destinations.
