WTTC announces final speaker line-up for its 25th Global Summit in Rome

Rome will host the 25th Global Summit of the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) from September 28 to 30, bringing together more than 310 top executives and leaders from 65 countries to discuss the present and future of global tourism under the theme La Grande Bellezza (del Viaggio). Supported by the Italian Ministry of Tourism, ENIT, the City of Rome, and the Lazio region, the event will focus on sustainability, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and seamless travel as key drivers for the evolution of the tourism sector.
The opening will feature a special performance by world-renowned tenor Andrea Bocelli, setting the stage for a summit that will reinforce Italy’s position as a key destination for investment and tourism innovation. Daniela Santanchè, Italy’s Minister of Tourism, emphasized that this meeting represents an exceptional opportunity to strengthen the sector’s competitiveness and attract international capital. Gloria Guevara, WTTC’s Acting CEO, highlighted that tourism remains an essential engine for economic growth, job creation, and social cohesion.
