Lima to become the epicenter of cacao and chocolate this July

The 16th International Cacao and Chocolate Salon 2025 will take place from July 17 to 20 at the Lima Convention Center, reaffirming its status as the most important event for the cacao and chocolate industry in Peru and Latin America. This annual gathering brings together producers, entrepreneurs, brands, buyers, exporters, and technology companies, providing a unique platform for knowledge exchange, experience sharing, and business opportunities.
With over 200 national and international exhibitors, the Salon showcases the diversity and quality of Peruvian cacao, renowned worldwide for its fine aroma and flavor. Over the course of four days, attendees will enjoy a wide variety of activities including forums, business roundtables, competitions, live demonstrations, tastings, interactive experiences, and parades — all under the theme “Cacao: Peru’s Heritage to the World.”
The event will also feature prominent experts and representatives from public and private institutions committed to the sustainable development of the cacao value chain. Key activities will include the 7th Latin American Cacao and Chocolate Forum, the Technology and Innovation Hall, the 10th Peruvian National Chocolate Competition, the 19th Peruvian National Cacao Competition, and the 7th Chocolate Sculpture Contest.
