Armenia and Quindío (Colombia’s Coffee Cultural Landscape) present at FITUR 2026

An institutional and business delegation from Armenia and the department of Quindío is preparing for a strategic participation at FITUR 2026, to be held from January 21 to 25 in Madrid, with the objective of positioning the territory as the most solid, sustainable, safe, and competitive tourism epicenter of Colombia’s Coffee Cultural Landscape. 

Located in the heart of the country, within the renowned Colombian Coffee Region, Armenia and Quindío enjoy privileged connectivity that enables travelers from around the world to access the destination easily from key domestic cities such as Bogotá, Medellín, Cartagena, and Cali, as well as from international markets including the United States and Panama, through El Edén International Airport and a wide network of nearby international airports. 

This strategic geographic location strengthens the destination as a fundamental hub for the development of Colombia’s multidestination strategy, inviting visitors to discover a region where culture, nature, and the most authentic coffee-centered experiences create unforgettable memories for all visitors and tourists.
