07-08-25

Paipa, located in the Department of Boyacá in Colombia, is preparing to host in 2025 one of the most important international events dedicated to health tourism, wellness, and thermal waters: TERMATALIA. This renowned fair, which for over two decades has promoted the exchange of knowledge and experiences in thermalism, will be held for the first time in Colombia, marking a milestone for the tourism sector of the country and the entire Latin American region.

Termatalia Colombia 2025 will serve as a global platform to showcase Colombian thermal destinations, highlighting their natural wealth, growing infrastructure, and potential as a benchmark in health and wellness tourism. With previous editions held in Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Argentina, and Uruguay, the fair returns to Latin America to consolidate the region’s progress in the use of thermal resources and the professionalization of the sector.

The event will be held under the theme “The Well-being of Water”, emphasizing not only the healing and preventive power of thermal waters, but also their role as a driver of economic, social, and environmental development. In a global context where holistic wellness is gaining increasing relevance, TERMATALIA offers an exceptional space to connect tourism, health, innovation, sustainability, and culture.

During the days of the fair, Paipa will become a hub for international experts, tourism operators, thermal service providers, academic institutions, and government representatives interested in advancing wellness tourism from a comprehensive perspective. Countries from Europe, the Americas, and Asia are expected to attend, fostering cooperation networks and long-term strategic alliances.
