From 17 to 20 April, the city of San Carlos de Bariloche will be transformed into a real paradise for chocolate lovers with the celebration of the National Chocolate Festival 2025. This event, which coincides with Easter, promises to delight residents and tourists with a wide range of activities, shows and, of course, an abundant supply of the most exquisite artisan chocolate.

The festivities will begin on Monday 14 April with the ‘Chocolatiers for a Day’ activity, aimed at local primary school students. This initiative, which will take place in Puerto San Carlos from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00 hours, will allow children to immerse themselves in the world of chocolate making, learning techniques for decorating Easter eggs under the guidance of advanced students from the School of Hotel Management and Gastronomy CET 25. This educational and recreational experience seeks to encourage teamwork and bring the youngest children closer to the chocolate tradition of the region.

From Thursday 17 April, the Civic Centre and the first blocks of Mitre Street will become the epicentre of the celebration with the ‘Paseo del Chocolate’. This space will offer a variety of attractions, including the ‘Plaza de Juegos Chocolatosos’, ‘Juegos Láser’ stations and surprises for the attendees. In addition, during the afternoons, make-up artists and traffic games will be available for the entertainment of the whole family.
