Bariloche dressed up for Easter 2025 to celebrate a new edition of the National Chocolate Festival, consolidating itself as an emblematic event that combines tradition, flavour and community. From 28 March to 1 April, the Patagonian city offered a wide range of activities that attracted thousands of visitors, strengthening its position as a leading tourist destination in Argentina.

The central event was the making of the world's longest chocolate bar, a tradition that symbolises the collaborative spirit of Bariloche. More than 100 master chocolatiers worked together to create a 218-metre long bar, using more than two tonnes of artisan chocolate. This feat not only delighted attendees, but also highlighted the excellence of the local chocolate industry.

Mitre Avenue, the commercial heart of the city, was transformed into the Chocolate Walk, a themed route where visitors could enjoy tastings, workshops and interactive activities. The youngest children took part in the Chocolate University, an educational and playful experience that culminated with the awarding of symbolic diplomas. In addition, the Rabbit House became a meeting point for families, offering spaces for photographs and games.
