World Luxury Awards 2024 Gala Celebrates Excellence in the Luxury Industry

The World Luxury Awards, the highest accolade for the global luxury hospitality industry, celebrated its 2024 edition with two spectacular galas at the iconic venues of AYANA Bali, Indonesia, and the Galgorm in Northern Ireland. These events, held on October 16 and 19, respectively, brought together leaders and visionaries in luxury hospitality, honoring establishments that stand out for their innovation and commitment to excellence.

The first gala was held at AYANA Bali on October 16, offering attendees an unforgettable evening in a setting of tropical elegance. The ceremony included Balinese cultural exhibits, traditional dances and a gourmet menu with local flavors. 

In this dazzling atmosphere, categories ranging from luxury hotels and wellness retreats to Michelin-starred restaurants and premium travel services were honored, highlighting the efforts of the honorees to make a difference in the industry.

Sophistication and culture in Galgorm, Northern Ireland

The second ceremony took place at the majestic Galgorm in Ballymena, Northern Ireland, on October 19. The event celebrated Irish cultural heritage, with musical performances, a gala dinner and a send-off at the iconic McKendry's Bar. Honorees included luxury travel establishments, fine dining and wellness experiences. Colin Johnston, managing director of Galgorm, expressed his pride in hosting the event and highlighted the positive impact on promoting Northern Ireland as a world-class destination.
