MSC World America will offer 19 different types of staterooms, adapting to the diverse needs of passengers. Options range from luxurious Owner's Suites, measuring over 150 square meters, to Duplex Suites, both with dedicated entertainment spaces. In addition, balcony staterooms with ocean views and family staterooms that can be connected to create flexible accommodation options for large groups will be available.
The Owner's Suites and Duplex Suites are located within the MSC Yacht Club, a private area that offers a luxury experience, including 24-hour butler and concierge service, a gourmet restaurant, lounge, swimming pool or solarium, as well as ample exclusive spaces for guests.
Balcony staterooms will be available in a variety of designs and sizes, including those with views of the stunning outdoor promenade, exclusive to World Class ships. Also available will be Oceanview Infinity Staterooms, a feature exclusive to this class, which feature a panoramic window that turns into a glass balustrade when opened, connecting passengers to the ocean and providing uninterrupted views of the horizon.
MSC World America will also stand out for its commitment to sustainability. It will be MSC Cruises' first ship in the U.S. market powered by Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), a low-emission fuel. In addition, it will be prepared to use renewable energy sources and will feature shore power connectivity, which will reduce emissions by shutting down engines in port. Smart technology used throughout the ship will ensure efficient energy and water consumption, while a robust onboard recycling program will minimize waste. Even the propellers are designed to reduce noise and avoid disturbing marine life.
Following the unveiling ceremony, MSC World America will begin its inaugural season on April 12, 2025, offering seven-night itineraries throughout the Eastern and Western Caribbean. Calls will include destinations such as Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic, San Juan in Puerto Rico, Costa Maya and Cozumel in Mexico, Roatan Island in Honduras, and MSC's private marine reserve, Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, in the Bahamas.
With the arrival of MSC World America, MSC Cruises reaffirms its commitment to the North American market, offering a cruise experience that combines the best of European design with American comfort, and setting new standards in sustainability and personalization for travelers.
