Alhaurín de la Torre (Spain) becomes the epicenter of chocolate with the Salon Chocomad

From Friday November 8 to 10, Malaga will be the epicenter of chocolate in Spain. Alhaurín de la Torre hosts the International Exhibition Chocomad which is usually held in Madrid and will have its particular edition, the seventh, in the province of Malaga, the first in Andalusia. With an uninterrupted schedule from 10:00 to 20:00 hours, the International Chocolate Show is much more than just a fair, it is a celebration for chocolate lovers and we can enjoy all this weekend in the Smart Building CSI Idea of Alhaurin de la Torre, not only to enjoy delicious tastings, but also to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of cocoa. 

There will be more than twenty show cookings during these three days that will last the International Chocolate Fair of Malaga, with more than 60 national and international exhibitors with the best chocolates and cocoa, in particular special emphasis on those from Ecuador, one of the world's largest producers and this year is the guest country, celebrating the origin of cocoa. The show will offer from chocolate exhibitions, with which you can immerse yourself in a world of creativity and talent watching the exhibits of some of the most prominent master chocolatiers, as well as different types of tastings, discovering and tasting a wide variety of flavors, from traditional to the most exotic and gourmet.

During the three days that will extend the International Exhibition Chocomad in Alhaurín de la Torre, chocolate and cocoa lovers can enjoy competitions, presentations, workshops, showcooking, tastings, masterclasses and performances from Friday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 20:00 hours, in the Intelligent Building CSI Idea of the municipality torrealhaurino.

In addition to the extensive program offered by the International Chocolate Fair of Malaga along with the entrance to the enclosure, there are also tastings and experiences that require a separate entrance. For example on Friday 8 there are three tastings, one of 'Origin of Cocoa', another of 'Flavors of Ecuador' and another of 'Sensory Malaga wines', taught by professionals. On Saturday 9, in addition to 'Flavors of Ecuador' and 'Sensory Malaga wines', which repeat, will be 'Chocolate origin and beverages', 'Craft beers and chocolates of origin' and 'Chocolates of origin and beverages'. For Sunday 10, repeat 'Sensory Malaga wines' and 'Craft beers and chocolates of origin' and added 'Chocolate and cheeses'.
