The International Tourism Trade Fair, FIT in numbers

The large number of visitors and professionals endorsed the excellence of the event, which in this edition exceeded all expectations. The official figures of FAEVYT, organizer of the event, show a record number of participants.    

With 127,492 visitors (87,986 general public and 39,506 professionals), the 2023 edition of FIT showed its full potential. There were 1,819 national and foreign exhibitors present in 34,625 booths. 

A total of 45 countries were present together with the Argentine provinces. In its exclusive segment for professionals, the Visit Argentina Connect Business Rounds stood out with a renewed format and 4,396 appointments made. The FIT TECH space with the Travel Forum Latam and a surprising turnout.

Matías Lammens, Argentina's Minister of Tourism and Sports said: "The large number of attendees and industry professionals, both national and international, marks the thermometer of the tourism sector, the success of this fair is the result of the great joint work we are carrying out with the private sector".

The next edition of the fair already has confirmed dates. It will be held from September 28 to October 1, 2024.
