Félix J. España González
Practising lawyer registered with the Bar Association of Caracas, Venezuela, and the Madrid Bar Association, Spain. He has extensive experience as an international legal consultant in the fields of administrative law, immigration, taxation, international tax law, tourism, and the mobility of companies and individuals.
He is a specialist in the design and development of programmes related to tourism and legislation, and serves as an advisor to companies and institutions that are members of the Affiliate Members Programme of the World Tourism Organization. He is currently pursuing doctoral studies at the Complutense University of Madrid.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Advanced Studies in Financial and Tax Law, a Master’s Degree in International Business Law, and specialized training in administrative and tax law. Since its establishment, he has served as the legal representative of the Tourism and Society Think Tank (TSTT).
In the academic and research field, he participates as a teaching and research staff member in Project DER2017-87238-R, focused on the fiscal challenges arising from the robotization of society and its impact on the sustainability of the welfare state. He also collaborates in research initiatives on innovation, taxation, and technological transformation.
