Faisal Al-Harbi is a Saudi hospitality and tourism professional with more than twelve years of experience in luxury hotel management in Saudi Arabia. He has held leadership positions in five-star hotels in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al Khobar, managing multicultural teams and leading projects focused on operational excellence, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

He has a strong international academic background. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Surrey and a Master's degree in International Hotel and Tourism Management from Florida International University, specializing in leadership, business strategy, and hotel management.

Throughout his career, he has worked with major international hotel chains, overseeing operations, VIP guest relations, staff training programs, hotel openings, and the implementation of quality standards. He also has extensive experience in managing large-scale budgets and developing strategies aimed at sustainable growth.
