Carlos Dragonné
Carlos Dragonné is a journalist, editorial director, and communications strategist with more than two decades of experience spanning journalism, gastronomy, culture, tourism, and audiovisual production. Trained in cinematography and the history of Mexican gastronomy, he has developed an editorial perspective that views cuisine as heritage, memory, and identity.
Since 2010, he has served as Editorial Director of Sabores de México y el Mundo, a platform reaching more than one million readers annually and achieving significant growth in organic traffic and audience engagement under his leadership. He is co-author, designer, and coordinator of El Recetario de la Abuela, a work included in the University of Texas at San Antonio’s Mexican Traditional Cuisine collection.

He is also the official spokesperson for Visit El Paso in Mexico and founder of Sabores Comunicación.
