Arturo Moreno Arrieta is a specialist in international development cooperation and sustainable tourism, with extensive experience in the design, management, and evaluation of projects across Spain, Latin America, and the Caribbean. He holds a degree in International Studies, a Master’s Degree in Integrated Tourism Destination Development, and a Master’s Degree in Historical Heritage, combining a strong academic background with a distinguished professional career.
He has worked as a consultant for international organizations and institutions such as the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), public administrations, and private entities in Venezuela, Panama, Peru, and Spain. His expertise covers tourism product development, community-based rural tourism, strategic planning, heritage management, and sustainable local development.
