Titi Bruderer

Titi Bruderer is an outstanding Chef with more than 30 years of experience, dedicated to the promotion of Guatemalan gastronomy at an international level. Her culinary approach is a sophisticated fusion of traditional and modern ingredients and techniques, reflecting the cultural richness of Guatemala. 

Throughout her career, Titi has represented her country in various international competitions, obtaining multiple recognitions. Among her most notable achievements is the prestigious Trophée Passion, awarded by the French Culinary Academy in 2017. 

In addition, in 2019, she received the Mérite Agricole Chevalier, a distinction delivered at the French Embassy in Guatemala, in recognition of her contribution to the country's agricultural development.

In 2011, Titi had the honor of preparing the inauguration dinner of the El Mirador Archaeological Center, an event attended by personalities such as the Prince of Monaco and Mel Gibson. Her work is not limited to the kitchen, as in 2017 she was an ambassador for Pepsi's “Guatemorphosis” advertising campaign. Titi is also a fervent advocate for the empowerment of Guatemalan women and dreams of seeing her country's gastronomy recognized worldwide, so that everyone can enjoy and learn about its richness.
