Ostelea Talent Development (OTD)
Training programme as a result of the collaboration between Tourism and Society Think Tank and Ostelea
Ostelea Talent Development (OTD) is a programme resulting from the collaboration between TSTT and Ostelea, born from the commitment of both institutions to transform the tourism industry through the training of its leaders, current or future, so that they can face the profound changes that are taking place in the sector in the best conditions.
TSTT members can access the benefits of this programme and take a specialised online course of 40 hours with various topics to choose from. Participants will be provided with a tutoring service to answer questions and doubts. At the end of the course, and once the final evaluation has been passed, an Ostelea certificate is obtained.

Accessing one of the courses is very simple, just click here, select the course and register indicating the code TSTT22. Registration is free of charge until the first 300 places are filled.
Another of the advantages that the OTD programme offers to members registered in one of the courses is the possibility of accessing one of the 10 scholarship places, reserved exclusively for TSTT, to study for an MBA or a Master's degree, in Spanish or English.
There are 10 scholarship places on offer with significant financial aid to cover a large part of the enrolment fee for the Master's degree. The amount of the grant will depend on the Master's degree and modality chosen, as well as on the applicant's professional background, which will be assessed by Ostelea's admissions committee.
