Spain's wineries and travel agencies join together to sell wine tourism tickets

For more than 15 years, travel agencies as intermediary companies dedicated to the retail sale of individual tourist services and consumer trips have had access to the database of their usual suppliers, which as we all know are Renfe, Iberia, hotel groups, etc.
These sales channels are able to sell tickets from these companies in real time with day and time of boarding or accommodation.
But what about... What about wine tourism in wineries?
As of 2022, it is already possible for travel agencies to know in real time the availability of the wineries' capacity, with all the details of what the wine tourism experience includes.
This is possible thanks to the fact that the wineries have joined forces to create the only CRM in the world, called EnoTicket.
It is a programme for managing and marketing wine tourism tickets in real time, in which, in addition to travel agencies, other sales channels such as bloggers, influencers and hotels also participate.
We live in an era of digital transformation in which immediacy is essential. Wine tourists want to know the availability of all the wine tourism experiences in order to be able to buy and this is only possible thanks to a CRM interconnected to the wineries' agendas.
Calling by phone or sending emails to the wineries to find out if there is a possibility to visit them is no longer in vogue. People are already used to buying on the internet in a quick and easy way.
The union of wineries and sales channels in this CRM is totally new and revolutionary. There is nothing like it. It is a Spanish invention with an open and inclusive mentality. All the organisers of wine tourism experiences from all over the world and the sales channels have a place.
In the words of Mr. Carlos Mateu, CEO of EnoTicket, "with this CRM we have managed to dynamize and give visibility in real time to wine tourism, not only in Spain but anywhere in the world. At Fitur 2023, the travel agencies attending - not yet subscribed - will be grateful for the existence of this great wine tourism experience exchange, so that, just as they sell airline tickets, they can sell wine tourism tickets in real time, with the day and time of the event".
According to Víctor Algora, head of the prestigious Bodegas Licinia and Muss wineries in Madrid, "... this year we have increased the sale of wine tourism tickets, raising awareness of our territory and our wines, thanks to the intermediation of the sales channels that our CRM groups together. We collaborate with travel agencies, influencers, bloggers and hotels to attract and satisfy their large audience. This is undoubtedly the right way to digitise wine tourism".
