SEGITTUR and TURIUM have presented the report "Reflections on smart tourism. The potential of big data in destination management" with the aim of having a 360º vision more from the practical point of view of the sources or providers of data and destinations than from the theory.

The document is a collection of articles and interviews that analyse the present and future of tourism intelligence, investigating the possibilities for improving management through data applied to the tourism sector.
