Could you tell us a little about your career path and how you became the Managing Director  of the Rixos Hotels Egypt?

I was born and raised in Antalya, where my passion for hospitality began. After studying at Akdeniz University, I embarked on a journey in the tourism and hospitality industry. Driven by my love for meeting new people and learning about different cultures, I worked my way up through various roles in hotels and tourism companies

In 2001, I joined Rixos as they opened their first property, Club Hotel Rixos Belek. Over the years, I played a pivotal role in the group's growth, particularly as Head of Sales and Marketing during its peak expansion period. Eventually, I transitioned to Dubai, taking on the role of Senior Vice President of Operations for Rixos Hotels worldwide. The rest has been history, marking a memorable chapter in my hospitality journey.

For the past six years, I have been the Managing Director of Rixos Hotels Egypt, overseeing a portfolio of 11 hotels.

The Rixos Premium Seagate in Sharm El Sheikh stands out as one of the top tourist destinations in Egypt. What special features does this hotel offer that differentiate it from other resorts in the region?

At Rixos Premium Seagate, our commitment to luxury and unique guest experiences truly sets us apart. The resort offers luxurious amenities, world-class facilities, and elegant rooms with direct access to the pristine waters of the Red Sea. Guests can enjoy vibrant entertainment activities and the thrilling Rixos Aquaventure Park, a large water park within the resort, perfect for families. This makes Rixos Premium Seagate a standout destination in the region.

The Rixos chain has a strong presence in several regions of the world. What are the most important markets for Rixos and how have they managed to adapt to different local cultures and preferences?

Rixos Hotels Egypt has successfully established itself in key markets such as Europe, Gcc and Cis. The brand's ability to adapt to local cultures and preferences is evident in its commitment to incorporating local traditions, flavors, and design elements into each property. We blend contemporary luxury with local heritage and culture, ensuring that each Rixos hotel offers a unique and culturally rich experience. Beyond providing accommodation, we make sure we deliver personalized and vibrant experiences to our guests.

Regarding sustainability and green practices, what initiatives has the Rixos chain implemented to reduce its environmental impact, and how are these practices applied in the Rixos Premium Seagate?

We are partnering with esteemed international alliances to elevate our customer service experience as well as attending international conferences to expand our partnerships all around the globe. Within our hotel, we’ve established collaborations with renowned wellness coaches and professionals, offering bespoke sessions tailored to our guests' needs. Additionally, we work with top-tier entertainment companies to deliver exceptional performances and events.

The Rixos chain has a significant presence in Turkey. How does Turkish culture influence the offering and services of Rixos hotels?
